We know every face is unique, so we provide detailed size information for each frame model. Our frame sizes are specified with three consecutive numbers: lens width, bridge width, and temple length, all measured in millimeters.

For example: 50-20-135. This means the lens width is 50mm, the bridge width is 20mm, and the temple length is 135mm.

You can upload your prescription on the lens selection page after choosing your frame. There are three options: manual entry, uploading an electronic prescription, or sending it to us via email later.

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply email us atsupport@goodluuk.comto start a return. We’ll cover the return shipping, and issue a full refund once we receive the item.

As long as your FSA or HSA is affiliated with a major credit card, we can accept FSA or HSA dollars for Prescription eyeglasses (including progressives, readers, blue-light-filtering lenses, and light-responsive lenses).

Yes, absolutely! While we currently do not work directly with insurance providers, you can use an itemized invoice from us to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance company.
